WHAT IS ICYPAA?
International Conference of Young People in Alcoholics Anonymous
ICYPAA was founded in 1958 for the purpose of providing a setting for an annual celebration of sobriety among young people in Alcoholics Anonymous. It's a weekend event that occurs once per year and consists of panels, workshops, and speaker meetings where recovering alcoholics can share their experience about getting and staying sober. Attendees of all ages come from across the globe to experience this truly remarkable gathering.
The party finally returns to the Mitten State for the 66th ICYPAA after 20+ years! We can now begin to share our vision of an unforgettable ICYPAA right here in Michigan! The conference is set for September 3rd-6th in Downtown Grand Rapids at The Amway Grand Plaza so mark your calendars and get pre-registered today!

ICYPAA is a weekend-long celebration of recovery for thousands of YPAAs (remember that's "Young People in AA") held annually at a different fancy city around the globe. This year it's in Grand Rapids, Michigan over Labor Day weekend!
The conference is right around the corner but there are still many ways you can get involved and lend a helping hand. We don't care if you've never held a service position, or if you've done it a million times! We need help and we want you!
